Diet
Not calories, processing level and your body's response
Calorie apps have tens of millions of users, yet obesity and diabetes keep rising. The thing being measured is wrong. vivome looks at ultra-processed ratio alongside your body's response.
How it differs from ordinary diet apps
Ultra-processed ratio, not calories
Not an app that builds the perfect diet, but one that teaches you to talk with your body. vivome reflects the processing level (NOVA) and places it beside the same day's response, never claiming cause, only observing.

Neutral observation, not guilt
Not “85% ultra-processed, what's wrong with me,” but “you ate out a lot this week.” We don't use the word “failure,” and we don't plant fear. Eighty out of a hundred is healthy enough.
Not one food, but where energy scattered
We don't pin bloating as “I'm just someone who can't digest.” We look at what overlapped to create the load, rumination, conversation, fatigue, portion size.
“We don't judge. We don't demand perfection. Instead, we help you hear your body.”
