Emotion
Not grading your mood, but reading it as an energy signal
Most emotion-care services (mood trackers, meditation apps, AI counseling) aim to make you feel better. vivome treats emotion not as something to fix, but as a signal of where your energy is going right now.
How it differs from emotion-care services
Energy, not mood
We don't push “good moods” as a goal. Emotion isn't a mood to fix, it's a signal about where your energy is going. So instead of grading it, we observe how much energy you have and whether it's a good time for big decisions.
Emotion in five directions
We don't lump everything into “depressed.” Across five signal directions, threat, alert, contraction, self, expansion, you pick your response, then a specific emotion or stance beneath it.
Observe, don't judge
vivome never says “that feeling is wrong.” It doesn't sort emotions into good and bad; it just reflects what the signal points to, so you can read it clearly and find your direction.
Emotion crosses your other records
Emotion isn't an isolated score. Only when it sits beside your sleep, meals, and body does “why I felt this way” come into view. vivome doesn't comfort you and stop; it cross-references your records and reads the pattern.
