Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Pro is a monthly recurring subscription. Access starts immediately after payment and renews monthly on the same billing date until cancelled.

You may cancel before the next billing date. No further charge will be made, and access continues through the paid period.

An e-book is a one-time purchase. Reading access is granted to the purchasing account immediately after payment; no physical delivery is involved.

A withdrawal may be requested within 7 days. It may be restricted after viewing or downloading has begun, as permitted by applicable law and disclosed before payment.

Email support@vivome.io with the purchasing email, product name, payment date, and reason. Refund posting time may vary by payment provider.
